Take on The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge!

On Saturday 2nd April 2016, we are taking part in the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge and we want you to get involved!

The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge takes on the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, usually in this order, and in under 12 hours. These peaks form part of the Pennine range, and encircle the head of the valley of the River Ribble, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. In total the walk is around 24.5 miles.

It will be organised by the YCF and Pro Coach and the funds raised will go to the County Cricket Club’s charity, The Yorkshire Cricket Foundation, directing funds towards women and girls cricket development. We want to get as many people involved as possible, with each person committing to raising a minimum of £100.

And what’s more, it’s a great way to get fit and the perfect opportunity for pre season bonding!

So if you think you’re up for the challenge, please let us know!

To secure your place we are asking for a £10 deposit which counts towards your £100 target, which will enable us to officially register you. So why not get together with a few friends and register as a group!

To register your interest of if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch!

The deadline to apply to participate in the challenge is Friday 26th February, with final arrangements being made on Tuesday the 1st March
