An afternoon with Jim Buttress

On Monday 18th April, during YCCC v Hampshire Day 2, Jim Buttress will be heading down to the Executive Suite, to talk about his life and all aspects of gardening and groundsmanship.

Jim is one of the Uk’s leading gardening experts. His love for gardening began at a young age and he loves the outdoor environment. He has worked for Her Majesty the Queen and the Queen Mother and is a proud owner of the Victoria Medal of Honour. He knows everything that is worth knowing about gardening and he is here to share that experience with you.

After Jim has given his talk about his gardening experiences, there will be a question and answer session, with light refreshments also being provided during the afternoon.

Doors open at 2.30pm and the session will cost just £10 with proceeds going to The Yorkshire Cricket Floods Appeal.

The afternoon is set to be an enlightening experience for all, perfect for horticulture enthusiasts!
