Running Club is Back!

With the inception of their Running Club earlier this year, Yorkshire Cricket Foundation have successfully offered 75 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise to local residents of Leeds and surrounding areas every week.

The run club met once weekly for 10 weeks and took part in a variety of running activities aimed at improving health, inclusive of psychological, physical and social well-being. Sessions varied in content and included activities such as time trials, intervals, fartlek and some good old fashioned playground games such as tig, relays and much more!

The group are taking a small break but will be starting again in September and welcome any additional members!
