'You're Running Out Of Time...'

The Yorkshire Cricket Foundation Run Club, now in it’s second term, is a ten week block offering 75 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise each week for just £10 (with a free T-shirt!).

We’re now coming up to week 6 and offering new members the chance to join the remaining 5 weeks for just £5 (and a free T-shirt!)

The primary aim of Yorkshire Cricket Foundation Running Club is to provide those in the surrounding areas an opportunity to improve their health; inclusive of physical, mental and social health. The YCF Run Club caters for all abilities, for even the most novice of runners!

The sessions include a variety of games and activities, breaking the monotony of road running and making it an enjoyable, social experience for those attending, with Run Leaders on hand to offer practical running advice to members.

The Yorkshire Cricket Foundation Running Club is a fantastic opportunity to take advantage of improving your health in a fun, sociable and perk filled environment. By contributing to around 75 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic exercise to the recommended weekly 150 minutes, this group is there to ensure opportunities for healthier lifestyles are readily available.
