Yorkshire Cricket College Open Evening

The Yorkshire Cricket College offers 16-18-year-olds the chance to combine cricket with education, representing them in matches whilst completing a two-year BTEC level 3 extended diploma in sport.

Seen as an alternative to the traditional A-level route, the educational aspect is provided by our partners SCL and all lessons are taught at Emerald Headingley Stadium.

Throughout their time at the college, students also have the chance to further their personal development by partaking in extra curricular qualifications, work experience and volunteering.

The course includes a diverse range of modules, allowing for a number of different further education routes and/or job roles in the future.

We are holding our next open evening from 4-6pm on Tuesday 28th May, where you will be able to learn more about what the course entails, have a look at our facilities and meet course tutors.
