In memory of Keith Peach

It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of Keith Peach, a valued member of our Yorkies team. Recently, Keith became poorly with Coronavirus and unfortunately lost his battle on Thursday 2nd April.

Keith was the perfect Yorkie. As an avid member and supporter of Yorkshire CCC, Keith threw himself into every task to ensure that other Yorkshire CCC fans and visitors to the grounds were given a proper Yorkshire welcome and enjoyed their time at Emerald Headingley and other associated out grounds. Reliable, fun and Yorkshire to the core, Keith will be remembered as a key player in the successes of the Yorkies team over the past few years, as well as contributing to the successes of the club with his voluntary contribution to the match day experience.

In 2019 alone, Keith donated over 40 hours of his own time to help the Foundation and Club. Keith will live on in the memory of the Yorkies team as a selfless, caring and valued team member.

On behalf of the Yorkshire Cricket Family, we extend our condolences to Keith’s wife Ruth, son Darren, daughter Helen and family during this difficult time. We hope you will join us in raising a brew for Keith.
