Learning Continues For College Students
Students currently studying for a BTEC Level 3 with the Yorkshire Cricket College are still able to continue with their studies in light of the current school and college closures across the country.
In anticipation of the closure, Yorkshire Cricket College tutors ensured measures were in place to deliver content remotely. This included making sure students were still able to access online programmes such as their Microsoft Teams accounts.
Over the past weeks, timetabled classroom sessions have continued for both year groups who receive online tutorials delivered live by the tutors. After receiving the content for the sessions, the groups are set work to complete around their specific module.
Students are able to submit their assignments remotely and as well as educational content students are given optional daily workout plans to ensure they are ready for the cricket season when it begins
From September 2020 students will study for a NCFE Level 3 in sport and applications are still open. Further details can be found below.
