Dream Big Ambassador programme

Creating opportunities and training of South Asian women Activators as part of the England and Wales Cricket Board’s (ECB) Dream Big Desi Women programme across Leeds, Kirklees and Bradford.

Dream Big Desi Women

The ECB’s Dream Big Desi Women Programme aims to create opportunities for South Asian women to get involved and make a difference to thousands of children’s lives who access All Stars Cricket and Dynamos Cricket.

By offering free activator training, the Dream Big programme opens doors for many women to access further training, upskill themselves and access sport through leadership and coaching roles while also enabling ‘activators’ to promote a healthy lifestyle to themselves and those around them.

To help support the initiative ‘Dream Big Ambassadors’ across the country work with faith centers, and community groups to provide comfortable and secure places for women and children. Dream Big Desi women’s scheme provides many opportunities for progression and opportunities to allow south Asian females to upskill and to promote a healthy lifestyle to themselves and those around them.
