Cardio Cricket is a fun and inclusive initiative designed to support people who may not usually take part in sport or physical activity to become more active. The sessions combine simple, cricket-inspired fitness exercises with enjoyable games of cricket, making it an accessible alternative format at grassroots level for men, women, girls and boys.
Each session is split into two parts: a light, beginner-friendly fitness element followed by relaxed games of cricket. Cardio Cricket also provides a welcoming and safe space to socialise, particularly for women, helping participants build confidence, stay active and experience both immediate and long-term physical and wellbeing benefits.
