The Yorkshire Cricket Foundation has formally adopted the Anti-Discrimination Regulations and is committed to ensuring a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for everyone involved in cricket.

Yorkshire Cricket respects and protects the Personal Data that we handle as part of our operational, sporting, community, and development activities.

The Data Protection Policy sets out how Yorkshire Cricket employees, players, contractors, volunteers, non-executive directors, trustees and all persons engaged to undertake work, represent or provide services for or on behalf of Yorkshire Cricket should handle Personal Data and outlines Yorkshire Cricket’s approach to Personal Data governance.

The Hate Crime Policy seeks to outline Yorkshire Cricket’s commitment to tackling hate crime and incidents.

Yorkshire Cricket is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. The Participant Privacy
Notice explains how we may use Personal Data we collect from you, or that you provide
to us, in connection to your participation in Yorkshire Cricket matches, schemes and programmes.

Legal protections under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 apply only to employees and certain office holders.

Yorkshire Cricket employees and trustees should raise concerns in line with our Whistleblowing Policy, which outlines protections and processes.
