The Safe & Fair Cricket Team at the Yorkshire Cricket Foundation works to ensure cricket across Yorkshire is safe, inclusive and fair for everyone. We provide leadership and support on anti-discrimination, good conduct and safeguarding across the game, enabling clubs, leagues, volunteers and partners to create safe, respectful and inclusive environments.

We provide expert guidance on safeguarding, welfare, conduct and discrimination, supporting clubs and leagues to meet standards and embed best practice, while promoting equality, challenging discrimination and encouraging positive behaviours.
