ECB Anti-Discrimination Regulations
All Recreational County Boards (RCBs), clubs and leagues are required to adopt the ECB Anti-Discrimination Regulations (ADRs) and incorporate them into their own regulations. Any violation of the ADRs will be treated as a breach of the General Conduct Regulations (GCRs).
The Yorkshire Cricket Foundation has formally adopted the Anti-Discrimination Regulations and is committed to ensuring a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for everyone involved in cricket.
Anti-Discrimination & Discipline Manager
Our Anti-Discrimination & Discipline Manager promotes equality, fairness and inclusion across Yorkshire cricket. They provide guidance, training and support while managing reports of discrimination and misconduct, ensuring fair and consistent disciplinary and complaints processes.
