The Yorkshire Cricket Foundation is committed to ensuring everyone involved in cricket and our wider communities feels safe, respected, and included. We understand that raising a concern can feel difficult, but we encourage you to speak up if something isn’t right, including matters relating to safeguarding, discrimination, bullying, whistleblowing or public interest disclosures.
All reports are taken seriously and handled sensitively, fairly and, wherever possible, confidentially. You do not need to be directly affected to raise a concern, and you will not face retaliation for speaking up in good faith. By coming forward, you help us protect others and uphold the highest standards of care, integrity and accountability.
Reporting to the Cricket Regulator
Concerns can also be reported directly to the Cricket Regulator, who may choose to investigate the matter themselves or refer it to the most appropriate organisation, including to the Yorkshire Cricket Foundation.
