The Yorkshire Cricket Foundation are seeking to recruit for a number of positions.
People Administrator
The People Administrator provides high-quality administrative support across the full employee lifecycle – ensuring smooth, compliant and positive People / HR processes.
Working closely with the Head of People and the Development Coordinator, as well as managers and employees across the wider organisation, this role helps maintain accurate People data, supports recruitment / onboarding activity and acts as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries. They will also provide administrative support to the Safe & Fair Cricket team when required.
The closing date for this role is 31st July 2026.
Impact Manager
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Impact Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the Yorkshire Cricket Foundation (YCF) can demonstrate the impact of its work to a wide range of stakeholders including staff, trustees, funders and the communities in which the YCF operates.
The closing date for the Impact Manager role is 22nd July 2026.
Cricket Development Officers
We are also looking for new members to join our team of Cricket Development Officers, with specific focus on the areas of Bradford, Doncaster and Leeds.
Successful applicants will support the delivery and development of inclusive cricket programmes in schools, cricket clubs and in the community. Working closely with the Area Development Manager, the role will aim to connect communities with local recreational clubs in a defined area contributing to the growth of cricket in our region.
